Hotel and Resort proposal
Location: Muscat- Sultanate of Oman
This Project is the result of a teamwork in order to maximize the land use benefits.
The program was divided into 3 main sections:
1- The hotel and Spa facilities.
2- Main attraction area in the heart of the project and consists of the main spine and restaurants.
3- The stand alone villas.
